Bay State Games Tournament, Saturday, 7/26

While this tournament is for fun, we still need to have this happen safely.  As this will be a tackle tournament, no beginners can play.  All participants must have played at least one tackle season which can include this season and be registered with USA Rugby in Rugby Xplorer.  Sorry, but we cannot make an exception on this. 

Coaches:  Please RSVP numbers to us at INFO@WOLFHOUNDSYOUTHRUGBY.ORG by Saturday, July 26 so we can pre-plan game(s).  All we need to know is how many girls you are bringing.  We count on you to ensure that anyone you bring is registered with USA Rugby in Rugby Xplorer just like you would for a regular MYRO tournament.  

If a MYRO/NH/RI girl would like to attend without a coach/team and join another team for the day, she should register using this form by Saturday, July 26 so we have her USA Rugby and parent contact information for safety purposes:  https://forms.gle/nm7AXZRWQvH2Cb6ZA  

When you drive down New Boston Road into the ICC, you will go under a green arch.  Please keep driving and park in the lot where the road ends.  Please do NOT park in the Tree Tops parking lot which is the first lot you see on your left or on the access road that goes to the ICC building.  There is overflow parking at the Pepsi building on New Boston Road just before the green ICC arch if the main lot is full.  (See map below for overflow parking.)

We will be playing on the D field at the ICC which is the field next to the Tree Tops Adventure parking lot and the access road.  When you pull into the ICC, you will go under a green arch.  The first field you see on your left is the one we will be playing on.  See the above map.

Participants should wear "semi-formal" attire.  Places like Savers or thrift stores are great places to get the "appropriate" attire.  (Accessories are encouraged as well, though some of these may need to be removed for the game and donned post-game for the social.)  Please make sure any attire for the game is safe for yourself and others.  The theme is "Show us your (team) colors!".  

Please arrive no earlier than 4PM, but no later than 4:40PM so we can make sure everyone has a team.

Kickoff will happen at 5PM.  We will play more than one game (assuming there is interest in doing so!).  Total number of games we have will depend on how many kids we have attending.  We want to make sure everyone gets to play!

Bring snacks to share after the game under the tents on the field.  Cold drinks will be provided for participants.

There are 4 porta potties right at the ends of the D field where we will be playing.
