DETAILS
ARRIVAL
K-2 arrival time is 8:20AM, warmups start at 8:25AM.
3rd/4th Arrival time is 7:55AM, warmups start at 8:00.
5th/6th arrival time is 7:55AM, warmups start at 8:00AM.
7th/8th boys arrival time is 8:15AM, warmups start at 8:20AM.
7th/8th girls arrival time is 7:50AM, warmups start at 7:55AM.
PARKING
The planner says that the parking lot accommodates about 74 cars. I feel as though less cars than that are able to park there. Assume that this lot will be full on arrival so please either plan to drop kids (if they are old enough - please do not drop kids who are too little to find the coaches easily) and find a parking spot in the neighborhood while they show up on time for warmups OR please arrive early to find a spot and walk to the field with your family.
The organizer says: Street parking on the field side has space for about 30 cars. And on the opposite side there’s probably space for maybe 15 cars. Beyond that, there is other residential parking on Arthur Rd, Berkeley St, Orient Ave etc. Obviously take care to avoid obstructing access.
Trust me - arrive early! We ask for kids to be there on time or early so games can happen on time as there is a hard stop to the games at 1pm as soccer is taking the fields at 1pm. Any games in progress will be halted.
FIELD LAYOUT
There are two fields. The field closest to the baseball park is McClennen 1 and will be used for 5/6 and 3/4. The other field is McClennen 2 and will be used for 7/8 and K/2.

WATER, FOOD, BATHROOMS
There are two portable toilets in the parking lot next to the skate park.
There is no running water, so be sure to bring sufficient water for 4+ hours.
There are no concessions.
FIRST AID
The first aid tent with a certified athletic trainer will be on McLennen 2 next to the K/2 field.
There is a defibrillator on the McLennen 1 side highlighted on the site map attached below.
